    I am so sorry KAF. My dad has been diagnosed with cancer as well and it really shattered me. He is my superman- so to have him sick has really hit me hard. I am so sorry you are dealing with it also.

    I am so sorry KAF and gator. I felt the same way 3 years ago. My dad had always been the pillar of health - except for arthritis that slowed him down in his 70s, he never had any issues. We always thought he would live well into his 90s and my mom would be the one to go much earlier. None of us had ever thought of the scenario that ended up happening.
