Default Piano in popular music - Suggestions?

I want to put together a mix for my dad for Fathers' Day. He complains that all of the songs on the radio now are nothing but bass. He plays piano as a hobby, so I'd like to find popular (within the past few years, anyway) songs with a noticeable piano in them. For example, Pink's "Just Give Me a Reason" seems like it might work. Maybe something by John Legend or Norah Jones... Ideas?

The first artist that comes to my mind is Billy Joel. Not sure if that's recent enough for what you are looking for.

They are a little more of the beaten path but Ben Folds 5 and Bruce Hornsby are both heavily piano based.

    Keane is almost entirely piano-based.

This is more country/blue grass, but how about the Avett Brothers? Specifically "I and Love and You." Very pretty piano and it's pretty recent.

I also second Ben Folds 5 and Bruce Hornsby.

The 1970s were truly the heyday of piano driven rock, with Bruce Hornsby, Billy Joel, Jackson Browne, Bruce Springsteen (see: Backstreets, Jungleland and New York City Serenade), Neil Young, etc.

Of more recent vintage, three bands that come to mind are Coldplay, Muse and Dawes. Dawes really has a 70s, Jackson Browne type of California rock vibe (the lead singer sounds exactly like JB in his prime!).
