My DD is doing her first season of Girls on The Run, so I'm doing a 5K in May. I had previously done a C25K a few years ago but I got stuck around week 5. I just can't handle running more than 8-10 mins at once. I have poor breathing and suspect I have some type of activity-induced asthma.

But I downloaded it again and started on Saturday with W1D1. Want to try to get to the gym tonight for Day 2. I also want to try to dedicate at least one day per week for running outside since it's such a big difference from the treadmill.
