    I like the Jillian Michael's DVDs. I have the 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. I got them for $10 ea at Wal-Mart or Target. It kicks your butt, but I like them a lot. They consist of 3 cycles of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs, 4 different workouts. I find it easier for me to do that during DS' nap or when the kids are in bed then planning a time to drive to the trails for me to run/walk. Plus the TX weather is going to be way too hot for me to do that in a few weeks.
