    232.2 is where I am starting at. That is how much I weighed a month ago (been up and down the same 3 lbs all month). But I kept going to my meetings all month.

    Goals of the month:
    --Get up and walk around at work more
    --Drink my water
    --If I am in a frenzy when I get home, drink extra water and a cheese stick while making dinner
    --Attempt to track (though I have never been successful at doing it)
    --Slowly introduce exercise (I've always lost weight without exercising and gained it while I am exercising - I need to learn to do both)

    I know it's a cruddy way to start the new year, but my whole family has been sick. We've been eating what we can to keep from feeling worse regardless if it's healthy or not. (Last week, I ate about a ream of crackers and drank a bottle of sparkling grape juice everyday because it was the only thing that would stay down. )

    Really? Ugh. If BFing DS2 wasn' t so good for him I would have to quit. I did noticed that I am not eating enough veggies. Need to add it as my snack or add it to more of my meals. I also need to up my water, I only drank 7 cups the last few days and with BFing I need to drink at least 12 cups.

    So glad the holidays are over- last week was a pretty good week eating wise, since we mostly ate at home all week. This weekend is a different story, since it's my birthday weekend. Still haven't had any cake yet but plenty of other indulgences. I know I need to drink a lot more water- I don't like water when I am congested or sick so I've been drinking very little water and too many diet sodas.

    Even with the bag of mini milky way I snarfed yesterday, I'm pleased with where I am. Only got one workout in last week and I hope to get two in this week. My workout schedule is not consistent; heck my schedule in general is not consistent. But, I'll get there.

    I knew a lot of the starting weight was NYE bloat, but I hit the gym 5 days last week and ran a cumulative 20 mi, so I'm taking at least some of the credit for the loss!

    I don't have a digital scale so I am going to have to call this week a zero. But on a positive front I did start cooking more meals which resulted in eating out a lot less. I hope to keep that going. I didn't get to exercise much at all, so that is still a work in process. I am at the doctor due to some lingering effects of a cold I had about 6 weeks ago. Hoping to feel better to get moving!

    I'm going to use this as positive motivation, but honestly I think it was the shoes! I weigh myself at work- on this giant industrial scale. Last week I wore heels and today it was flats.

    I'm counting this week as my first week so my CC challenge will match up with my MOMS Club Challenge. I treated last week as my last few days of eating before I officially start and boy am I paying for it! A 4 pound gain is crazy! I have the odds stacked against me. Everyone is sick, I'm not drinking enough water and AF is due any day. I'm hoping a good 3 pounds of that was bloat. Fingers crossed. I'm really mad at myself!

    I finally got rid of the holiday weight (In the month of December I ended up the same as I did at the beginning, but just kept going up and down the same 3 pounds)

    I have a few challenges coming up this week, but I hope to overcome them.

    Sorry I haven't updated the challenge recently - I hope to get to it today or tomorrow and then do it Sunday nights.
