    Week 2: Sunday, February 26 Saturday, March 3
    Week 3: Sunday, March 4 - Saturday, March 10
    Week 4: Sunday, March 11 - Saturday, March 17
    Week 5: Sunday, March 18 - Saturday, March 24
    Week 6: Sunday, March 25 - Saturday, March 31
    Week 7: Sunday, April 1- Saturday, April 7

    Who we are:

    We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

    We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

    Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.
    It's better to join NOW than to wait until we start a new challenge!

    You don't have to read the whole thread to join. Feel free to just jump in on the last page and post a reply with the following information. None of this info is a must but it helps to learn a little bit about each other.

    Good luck! I had a decent weekend - and managed to lose a few pounds too!! Guess this whole "actually watching what I eat" thing works.
