    Someone needs to clue my brain in to the fact that we are NOT happy at this weight! We WANT to lose more! Urgh. Snacks are my enemy!! That, and DH is at a "good" place with his weight. It's not that he's starting to flaunt it or anything, but he snacks a lot. I have to get over this mental "issue" where I feel the need or feel it's okay to snack with him.

    I have a shower on Saturday and then DH and I are going out for a belated Valentine's day. That's going to be my free day. I need to be perfect during the week. Tracking everything, not using my workout calories as "extras"... If I go over I go over and "suffer" the consequences.

    UGH! Weekends are killing me! I do so well during the week and then on the weekend, it turns into a total snack fest. Thankfully, all Girl Scout cookies are now gone and we won't be buying any more. Onto the next challenge!

    Week 1: 236.5 /-4.5
    Week 2: 234 / -2.5 I'm actually teetering between 233/234
    Week 3: 231/-3.0 -I was sick this wk. & ended up not eating very much at all; plus we didn't eat bad on Superbowl
    Week 4: 230/-1 had a so-so week. I probably could've lost *more*
    Total Weight Loss: -11.0

    I think I may be off a week... hmm. I'll try to keep better track next challenge. And hopefully lose more, this time wasn't good at all!
