    Last week it was really tough to lose that 1 lb, but this week I'm already down almost 2. Today was a wonderful sunny day so I took the kids to the playground and walked a lap around the park while DS rode his bike. That's the most exercise I've done in months, even though it wasn't much. I also discovered Fiber One Brownies at the grocery yesterday. 90 calories and so yummy!

    I guess a loss is a loss, but ugh! I had been doing better during the week. DH and I were just very snacky yesterday and I know that didn't help! And I started AF today - yugh. I really need to keep better track of my food. I KNOW that's what has been doing me in. Although, I think I'll need to talk to my trainer about it. I shouldn't be plateauing. But, I need to try my food/water intake and really going crazy on my cardio. I only did one cardio last week and I'm sure that has something to do with it. Going to try to work this out on my own before going to the pro.
