    Sunday, January 22 - Saturday, February 18
    4 weeks

    Dates of the challenge are:

    Week 1: Sunday, January 22 - Saturday, January 28
    Week 2: Sunday, January 29 - Saturday, February 4
    Week 3: Sunday, February 5 - Saturday, February 11
    Week 4: Sunday, February 12 - Saturday, February 18


    Please adjust weight loss goals accordingly. Make sure you're safe

    Who we are:

    We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

    Want to join the fun?!?

    We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

    Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.
    It's better to join NOW than to wait until we start a new challenge!

    You don't have to read the whole thread to join. Feel free to just jump in on the last page and post a reply with the following information. None of this info is a must but it helps to learn a little bit about each other.

    I think I'm going to head back over to SP, and see if that will help me stay on track better. Last time I really stuck to it, I dropped quite a bit (for me). I haven't been nursing for a good 3 months, and the weight has slowly creeped back up especially through the holidays. With each baby it has seemed that I've had difficulty adjusting portions back down to pre-pgcy sizes and piled a ton of weight back on (more than gained during pgcy). I really want to avoid that this time around.

    Dh/I are on a diet together, which is a BIG plus. I used to take kickboxing at a martial arts place-had very few girls to work out with & had killer workouts, esp; being partnered w/men. The kickboxing was a great combo for everything! I was also lifting weights/walking. And then, everything stopped. I got preg./had DC & haven't even really cared/done anything since! I've stopped caring for/about myself. Plus, I'm not working outside of home as much & am home more, which means I'm around food more.

    Ugh!

    Did my cardio/weight circuit last night. Shaved another 30 seconds off!!! I'm beating DH in terms of time. Obviously our weights in terms of what we're lifting is slightly different but it's porportionate for each of us. I know DH doesn't like that my times are better than his. I think I've bottomed out though. I did 450 reps of six different exercises in 10:36. I can't go much quicker than that, right? And still do a good workout...
