    I'll take it. I haven't been as good about counting calories as I should and eating worse than I had been in the previous weeks. It was also my birthday Wednesday so I gave myself a pass for a few days.

    Had the trainer out yesterday; it was rough. He made me take a good look at my diet and basically called a spade a spade. It was good, but not always pleasant. Good to get that readjustment before the holidays - which is why we had him out this weekend.

    Thanks dana I have to say - I was *proud* of myself today. I resisted the urge to have Paydays twice (mmmmm, paydays!) and a chocolate chip cookie in class tonight. So, darn it - I'm going to have a weight loss this week come hell or high water! Thanksgiving be damned!

    I *had* been doing good before Thanksgiving. I was down to 227; I basically had a 6 pound swing. But, I have been eating like crap this weekend. Lots of restaurant food, my FIL is in the hopsital so DH is with him and I am having to cook - which is fine, but I haven't cooked dinner in about 6 years and am terribly out of practice.

    Going to focus again this week; get this weight off and do better this coming weekend.

    did pretty good for thanksgiving, all my bad eating was contained to that one meal - which made me gain a pound and a half! did good the past few days and got it back off.
