    I think the weight training circut I'm on is not necessarily a weight loss one, but more toning. I know it's good for me, and will help with weight loss, but I like to see those numbers go down! Must stay motivated!! Although, i think tonight I'm going to do a different workout that still tones, but also incorporates cardio so I can feel like I got a good workout in.

    Ugh! This is not good going into the holidays. I restarted my workouts and whatnot with DH jumping on board, and then our family was hit with the stomach flu. I had it first. Now the kids have it, and all my energy is going into nursing them back to health.

    Son of a .......! Pissed does not cover what I feel. It feels like I'm having AF symptoms - crazy cramping and stuff. Totally not the right time of the month, and usually AF means I don't lose weight the week of and before. Going to have to track what I eat to make sure I am eating enough and getting in the right exercise.

    Hi everyone, I've decided not to do a challenge this time around, just don't have the motivation, but I'll still threadmistress this one. You'll need to find someone new in the new year though!
    Instead of having "answers" on a math test, they should just call them "impressions," and if you got a different "impression," so what, can't we all be brothers?
