    Who we are:

    We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

    Want to join the fun?!?

    We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

    Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.
    It's better to join NOW than to wait until we start a new challenge!

    You don't have to read the whole thread to join. Feel free to just jump in on the last page and post a reply with the following information. None of this info is a must but it helps to learn a little bit about each other.

    If you are a member of the existing challenge your information will automatically be moved forward to the new challenge. If you would like to change any of your information please post an update in RED. Please also post your final weight from the previous challenge once you have made your final weigh in.

    If you do not weigh in within the first 2 weeks your profile information will be removed. If you wish to rejoin simply repost your profile.

    I seem to be a week off, but even with eating like crap this weekend, I managed to go down 1.3. I'll take it. It's up from where I was before the weekend, but I'm in a good spot. I'd love to lose 10 pounds by the beginning of October for my conference, but not sure if I can get there safely. I'll do my darndest though!!
