    Ugh, two days at the county fair + two cookouts + AF = 1.2 weight gain. And actually, during the week I was almost at my goal... But, that's okay. Moving on and back on track. Yesterday I went for a run (a run, yes, truly I ran for fun) and today I have boot camp. Should whip me back into shape for sure

    I have to say that I was NOT expecting this. I basically had to abandon P90X temporarily due to time and physical limitations, so I thought I'd gain. In order to stay active while I figure something else out, I've been doing the sweat level on Just Dance 2, so I'm excited to see that it is working! Oh, I'm also wearing a pair of my next size down shorts!

    I'd like to join! I know I'm late to the game, but I figure this might help me stay accountable. DH and I just booked a trip to Mexico for the end of September, so I'm really trying to step it up and lose some inches. I want to wear a bikini (and look good doing it). I typically start off losing weight rather easily and have been known to drop about 10 pounds the first month. I'm hoping that is the case this time, since I don't have a lot of time. This trip was what I needed to get myself motivated, and I plan to keep up with the weight loss even after we go. I have actually lost 5 pounds July 20; I was 185 then.

    Dieting since: July 20, 2011
    Dieting Program: Working out (elliptical, bicycle, speed walking, some free weights) and eating less/healthier
    Total weight loss goal/Final Weight: 155/160
    Final Weight Date Challenge: Late December 2011
    Challenge Weight Loss Goal: 8 pounds
    Weight Loss Challenge Member Since: I was in one a few years ago but never stuck to it
    Known issues: Portion control, poor food choices, still sort of recovering from bunion surgery in May 2011

    We had my parents' anniversary party this weekend. I stayed by their house on Saturday for the surprise. Well - my eating wasn't the greatest. Even if I didn't have a ton, it was salty food. I ended up putting on a few pounds (2) during the weekend. So I stayed the same from last week, but actually gained. I feel like utter crap today - boot camp tonight should help
