    Okay, the pity party I had going last week - it's over. I had a craptastic week, and I'm sick of it. I was ovulating and hurt, I was in a funk, etc. etc. etc. Done. Over. Finished.

    Looking forward to boot camp tonight with my trainer. I need to step things up this week... I have a pair of capris that are a touch too small; I want to be able to wear them

    I started my more intense workout routine this week and basically binged for 2 days because I was "starving". Yesterday and so far today my eating is back under control while keeping up with the workouts.

    we continue to fly...on broomsticks.

    Just getting worse and worse. Seeing 200 is very, very ugly. We are heading to vacation as well for the next week and then the month-of-birthdays begins. But I HAVE to do something when I get back, as well as not use vacation as as an excuse to eat everything.

    Had a better week last week Although, a birthday party/county fair on Saturday didn't help. Neither did ice cream/popcorn for dessert last night. But, overall there was a loss and that's the part I'm focusing on.

    Tonight is boot camp. It's not too hot/humid like last week, so they won't be cancelling. I'm going with my BFF and I'm sure it will be an awesome workout.
