Okay, this no carb at night thing is working!! Woot! Just wish I could do it for longer than three weeks I did well this week - good workouts, ate well and even with ice cream treats on Saturday AND Sunday, I ate decently.

I have 3.6 more pounds to go until my mini goal of 50 pounds - I may try to reach for 55 by the wedding in two weeks. Of course, AF will be here next week, so honestly I'll be happy with just losing the 3.6 and keeping it off until the wedding.

I'm going to post some other mini goals here (if you all don't mind )
60 pounds - 8/7 (my parents anniversary party)
75 pounds - 10/1 (my work conference in San Antonio)
    100 pounds - 1/1/12

My willpower is improving and I don't think the holidays will be horrible for me. I can avoid treats at work - just don't walk near them. My parents are very cool about our eating and we spend Thanksgiving with them (and then a day around Christmas) so they will make sure there is food DH and I will eat. My only "problem" area will be ILs, but DH and I can bring our own food if needed.

So the big weight loss from a couple of weeks ago wasn't a fluke! Yay! The gain this week was expected. My weekend was full of birthday parties, family reunions, and Father's Day celebrations.

Pretty sure our scale is broken. Either that, or I put on 6 pounds in one day (granted, I had some not great food, but not 6 pounds worth). DH weighed himself and the scale gave him 4 vastly different numbers all within like 2 minutes of each other. And I re-weighed after breakfast/with clothes/shoes on and I was the same weight as first thing in the morning. So, I'm thinking the +6 was wrong. Don't doubt I went up a bit from Sunday morning, but not that much!!

I made my goal of -50# by the wedding; I just gained 2 pounds I enjoyed myself - had a few drinks, enjoyed dinner and had fun the next day.

So, didn't officially hit my challenge goal by the right day, but I did for my purposes

Well, I didn't hit 175 this week like I'd hoped. I'm okay, though looking at my food options over the holidays. I think BFing has done all it's going to for me as far as weightloss goes. My 6-wk appt is next week, so I'll be cleared for more strenuous exercise. That means I'll be starting back up P90X. I can't wait!

I had broken into a new middle number but have obviously creeped back up Trainer didn't come yesterday (he better be lying in a ditch - I was MOTIVATED yesterday!!!) so DH and I went through our old workouts and each picked out one for the week. I know this is what we'll be doing when he's not coming, but we didn't expect to be doing it so soon KWIM?

Had a "treat" weekend - ice cream with my parents on Sunday, whole wheat banana bread and chips and salsa yesterday... it showed on the scale. That, and I didn't really do "good" workouts... yesterday's was so late that I was incredibly tired.

    On to a better week
