    A decent week. I met with my trainer yesterday (now meeting monthly) and we discussed a few things. I talked about how I know I shouldn't, but I "measure" myself against my husband's weight loss and get a little depressed. He reminded me of the biology of mens vs. womens weight loss and reminded me that I've lost 40 pounds. That's nothing to sniff at!

    And then he said that DH has really been going the extra step in weight loss and asked if I had been. Truthfully - no. I haven't. I need to. That's what my goal is for this week and the rest of the month; put in the extra effort. Go a little farther with all of my workouts. Try to do 3 circuts instead of the recommended two.

    And, we talked about ways to get me to my 50 pound goal by my SIL's wedding. I have a few options and am going to try to go carb free in the evenings (so can eat carbs morning/lunch but then not for the rest of the day). Short term strategy only; three weeks max but I think it will help

    I can't believe that this is right at all, even taking in consideration baby and the major amount of fluid loss I had (enough to cause a severe dip in blood pressure and me to pass out at least twice scaring the crud out of the nurses). I'm going to go ahead and record it, though, just in case it's not a fluke.
