    Had a good week I actually focused on what I ate - what a concept! I also think monthly timing "things" helped with the loss. On a very positive note; I'm down a total of 30+ pounds. I had a goal to reach that by next week - and I'm early. I'm hoping to get to around 35 pounds by the 28th (leave on vacation) but I'm more than happy with where I'm at for now
