    Dieting since: weight has fluctuated over the years. But going to a gym off & on for the past 5 years.
    Dieting Program: exercise regularly & eat healthier.

    I'll just skip the first week since I'm always a week behind

    I had gotten down to 29 pounds lost (year to date) but then I had to have pizza/salty food and am still working that off. Blah!

    On a REALLY cool note... yesterday was like 80 degrees here. We have been firmly in winter, so my winter wardrobe was adjusting to my weight. Yesterday I had NOTHING to wear!!! Seriously; I went through all of my capris and shorts from last year; all were too big - and falling off. We wanted to go to the zoo, so I wore jeans and the smallest t-shirt I could find (still baggy). It was great even though I was dying because I was so warm. Going to have to get some capris or something for work so I have something to wear on the warmer days.
