    I'm not pleased with this challenge. I lost darn near the same amount as the last challenge, but I ended on an up note (up in terms of weight)

    However, I met with my trainer last night and we targeted a few things for me to focus on and I feel good. On a positive, while I didn't lose a ton of weight with him this past month (only 3 pounds) I lost 4.5 inches in the month - including 2 inches off my thighs. I carry most of my weight in my ass and thighs so I'm VERY happy about that.
