    After seeing the dreaded "2" on the scale this morning, I'm rejoining the group

    On a positive note, I tried on some jeans that weren't looking so hot in December, and they actually fit (more) decently. Now on to the next size smaller!!!

    Pretty sure this has more to do with the fact that I was PMSing last week, but AF still hasn't shown up. Either way, I'm pleased! I'm almost down 20 pounds since starting the challenges! I was jumping up and down when I got a new middle number

    I need something to motivate me. So I'm jumping on board. I have slowly gained the weight back that I lost since having my daughter and breastfeeding her for 9 months. My biggest challenge is squeezing in time to exercise when juggling work and home. I also have 2 fundraising galas for work in April that I would like to be happy with the way I look.

    Married since: July 19, 2003
    Dieting since: weight has fluctuated over the years. But going to a gym off & on for the past 5 years.
    Dieting Program: exercise regularly & eat healthier.
    Total weight loss goal/Final Weight:would love to lose 20 lbs
    Challenge Weight Loss Goal: would be happy with 10lbs lost by April 1st.
    Known issues: eating healthy & squeezing in exercise with hectic schedule (juggling busy work & toddler)


    My goal is to at least exercise 60 minutes - 3x/week, cut portions/calorie count & drink 2 liters of water/per day.

    I don't know what is going on. I've been back on my old weight loss routine (lots of exercise, eating healthy and counting calories) for a week and a half now and I've somehow gained weight. This had better just be my hormones still adjusting after the m/c because it's getting really frustrating to see the scale going the wrong way when I'm doing everything I should be to lose the weight.
