    Dieting since: Forever.
    Dieting Program:I've done weight watchers, and sparkpeople. I've had good luck with both, but have just lost all motivation.
    Total weight loss goal/Final Weight: -150 pounds.

    Known issues: thyroid issues, no motivation to exercise.

    Total weight loss goal/Final Weight: to be within BMI weight guidelines (currently about 10 lbs over)

    Challenge goal: 20 lbs (I know that's a lot, but I just gave birth)
    Overall goal: Get back to my Pre-preg/pre-infertility treatment weight
    Program using: eating less junk, breastfeeding, working out when I get the OB to okay it
    Known issues: Not a lot of time for working out and cooking "right" w/22-month old twins and newborn
    Loving my DDs and DS

    I weighed in this morning... ugh. Not pretty, but I did have a ton of salty food this weekend and little to no water (lots of soda). I felt so wonderful this morning.
