    I gain a ton of weight when preggo...to top it off I was not allowed to even walk during this pregnancy. Can't wait to get back to exercising. Unfortunately I have a very long commute and no gyms enroute to work...debating buying elliptical or driving to work VERY Eary (read 430am)...

    I found out at my OB appt that my dr wants me to stay under 15lbs weight gain, so that gives me a goal for between now and May.

    Set a mini goal for this week- 30 minutes of workout a day no matter how little sleep I get....Luckily DS is a fairly decent sleeper...the dog on the other hand is wearing me out!
