    My doctor was right - my body is definitely fighting to maintain its current weight. She had told me, given my weight history, it would probably be difficult to get below where I am now. So my goal for the next two months is to maintain. Perhaps I'll join WW in January to try and take off another 15-20lbs.

    I do have an exercise goal though - I've finally made cardio a part of my daily routine but I'd like to start doing pilates or something to tone my core.
