    Who we are:

    We are a group of women who for one reason or another want to shed a few (or more) lbs. We need the encouragement of others no matter their size or goal and we thrive in an atmosphere where we can all support one another.

    Want to join the fun?!?

    We welcome one and all. It doesn't matter what diet you are on (if any) or how many miles a week you run (if any) we will all find lots of help and support here.

    Feel free to join at any time during the challenge.
    It's better to join NOW than to wait until we start a new challenge!

    You don't have to read the whole thread to join. Feel free to just jump in on the last page and post a reply with the following information. None of this info is a must but it helps to learn a little bit about each other.

    If you are a member of the existing challenge your information will automatically be moved forward to the new challenge. If you would like to change any of your information please post an update in RED. Please also post your final weight from the previous challenge once you have made your final weigh in.

    If you do not weigh in within the first 2 weeks your profile information will be removed. If you wish to rejoin simply repost your profile.

    The holidays are almost upon us - Having a reasonable goal during this period is important, even if your goal is to maintain - Not gaining is an equally impressive goal - Losing weight can happen again on January 2nd. Or having a goal to lose is okay, just try to be reasonable so as not to be frustrated.


    PLEASE CHECK IN WITH YOUR CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT (current weight) AND CHALLENGE GOAL. PLEASE REMEMBER TO POST ALL UPDATES IN RED SO THEY ARE EASY TO SEE. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!

    I really want to maintain this weight for as long as possible, but seeing how this challenge will include Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, and entrance into my second trimester, I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing a little bit of a gain.
