MEL...now you are making me nervous. LOL I had not only a C/S with DS#2 but also a myomectomy. So I am wondering what the heck might be in my stomach! (I can't remember but did you deliver at GBMC also?) I had my myo at a completely different hospital and I remember having the staples removed by the surgeon but of course those were "outer" staples. That is crazy.

    6w0d... had an ultrasound today.

We saw one "good-looking" yolk sac, but no embryo and no heartbeat. Have to repeat next week.

Keep the faith, goLightly! 6w is reallly, really early to see a heartbeat. May the week fly by!

I totally agree w/this. My RE won't do an ultrasound before 6w3d because it's too early to see a heartbeat. Good luck!

Sorry to bother again... Did anyone else have light brown spotting after their vaginal ultrasound?

I had spotting after the first u/s. Also I had to practically beg borrow and steal to get our first u/s at 6w2d bc we were going out of town on 6w3d and I couldn't wait! But the RE wasvery clear we might not see anything and I was like 'does 1 day really matter THAT much?' and she said yes, at this stage it really does. So hang in there!

Are you on PIO or suppositories?

I've had spotting after ultrasounds and even after the OB did his check around 12 weeks. At this stage of PG, the cervix is VERY tender and the blood vessels are enlarged and break easily, causing the blood.

    Phew... Helpful to know! Thanks!
    Laura, I'm PIO (olive oil).

I'd feel so much better if I was having really obvious symptoms, but I'm not. Some very minor Breast tenderness on the sides, and maybe a teeny bit of queasiness here or there.

Just trying to remember how amazing it is to even have made it this far... Thinking about everyone still waiting or grieving for failed cycle.
