kinder- hope your DH is okay and they can figure out what's going on.

My niece had her limb sparing surgery 2 weeks ago. They took out the cancerous part of her bone and replaced it with an expandable endoprosthesis. It went really well so her parents are relieved but she's still in a lot of pain. I am unsure at this point if she still needs 20 or 30 weeks of chemo. The chemo side effects are just awful for her and I hate seeing her suffer like that.

Annette, more prayers for your nice and family. I'm glad the surgery was successful and hope she is able to find comfort. It's very difficult to see a child in pain.

Sending prayers for your niece and her family (and you too!) Annette. As mcg said, I cannot imagine how hard that must be to watch your child in pain.

Annette, sending my best wishes to your niece and your whole family. I am so sorry you all have to go through this.

Hopefully the medical team can get her pain under good control very soon!

Please keep us posted on her progress. I will be thinking of her!

Annette - Thanks for the update. I can not imagine how incredibly awful it is to see your child in pain and having to deal with something so awful.

Pleasee pray for my grandpa. He didn't show up for his volunteer work today and when my mom went to check on him he was on the floor of his kitchen. They think he had been there since Monday night.
