Note to self: check out the 100 calories packs. I have a hard time resisting the chips, regular crackers, etc. that DH and the kiddos have in the house - that would probably help!

I WI tomorrow...not expecting a good outcome (really, for how I have been eating lately, I'd be SO happy if I stayed the same)

Hi all! I forgot to check in last week. I WI on Sunday. I lost 2.6 for a total of 15.2. I guess I'm finally past my plateu, but I have a long way to go! Also, DS is nursing like crazy round the clock so I think I'm burning more calories that way!

    Jenn Awesome!

Those 100 cal packs are so good, but damn are they a freakin ripe off! LOL

Also try the 100 cal bagles and english muffins. For ice cream try the skinny cows they are super low in points and very very good to boot.

They are absolutely fabulous! Naturally, they would be better if they weren't quarter-sized, but we can't have it all for 1 point, right??

Has anyone tried the WW brownies? I haven't been able to find them in the store.

I have not tried the brownies, but I did try the what looks like twinkes and they were gross, yet some of the others in my meetings loved them.

Hi all! I have posted sporadically here before and then fallen off the wagon. I was maintaining at a comfortable weight for a while - and then the holidays hit! As of this morning, I am 6.5 pounds above where I was maintaining! 3 pounds were this week alone so I am hoping some of it is water retention, but it was enough to make me realize I need to buckle down. I just signed up and paid for a 3-month subscription to WW online! I hope that tracking everything I eat (and making myself do so!) helps me get these 6.5 pounds off and maintain where I want to be! (which is really a range of 6.5 - 11.5 pounds from where I am - I am just shooting for the high end of the range now).

Hope it's ok if I join in here again!

Also, are there any nursing-toddler mams in here? DS still nurses 2x/day so I was given 5 points for nursing, but I'm not sure if I should have them, kwim? On the other hand, 20 points/day is really hard to fathom right now - thoughts?
