    Hi Belm,
    Hot yoga stimulates the immune system and helps in weight loss. Hot yoga helps in losing weight and increased flexibility. Hot yoga tones muscles, increase energy and improves coordination. Hot yoga increase energy, lowers high blood pressure and prevents us from depression.

    I am doing hot yoga in these days because its a best workout for me to loss weight. I have reduced 2 kg in this moth with doing this hot yoga. I think everyone should participate in doing this yoga and get its training classes.
