    Default Weight Watchers

    There's a Weight Watchers thread I started, but I'm thinking we could have a group that weighs in each week, and we can share all of our recipes, activities, victories with the scales, etc.

    I'll start...

    Officially started going to meetings on June 23, 2005
    This is my 5th time with the program, and I have had success in the past
    Doing program with my roommate, Jen
    Favorite activities- Pilates, running, swimming
    Highest weight ever- 190
    Weigh-in on 6/23- 188.2
    Goal- 147

    Favorite Activities-Admittedly, I'm a lazy beyoch. I don't do much exercising.

    Those of you who weigh in on Monday nights - how did you do?

    I joined WW on 05/11/05.

    Name- Leigh Ann
    Starting weight-Too horrified to admit it!
    Goal Weight-160
    Current loss - 11 pounds as of 06/25

    Hi, Ladies! Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday.

    I went down 1.2 at weigh in yesterday. I'm glad I'm finally down because I was beginning to get discouraged. After two weeks of gaining, I was beginning to think "Whats the point?" KWIM?

    So I'm now down a total of 25.4!

    We talked about Core last night at our meeting. Is anyone doing Core or have you done Core? I was kind of scared of it before but now I'm feeling intrigued by it.

    Meg! That's great, I'm very proud of you!!! I am scared of core...I like to have the control of counting (it just works for me). Many people that I know have done core and loved it though...might be worth a shot!
