According to reviews, the Valco Snap meets most of your criteria, except for price.

We have a swift that lives in MIL's car. It is 7 years old, still in decent condition. It is super lightweight, easy full recline, but the sun coverage is not as good as the mini. But I assume that may have changed since we bought ours :-)

Let us know what you end up doing! This is a current discussion happening in my MOMS Club FB group, too. It seems everyone has at least two strollers, most have more. (And there's that one crunchier-than-thou mama who always wears her kid, never purchased a stroller, ever, and thinks anyone has one is doing their child an injustice by not wearing their kid 27/7 and has completely wasted their money. )

I finally decided on a stroller and actually used it for the first time at a zoo yesterday- the Britax B-Nimble.

I really, really wanted a true umbrella stroller and this fit the ticket. I loved the canopy on the BJ Micro and the Valco as suggested upthread but, they weren't true umbrella strollers (not as lightweight, etc.). With all the drop offs/pick-ups at school, I wanted something super quick, easy and light to pull out of the car for my youngest.

So, it came down to weight, a decent canopy and a full recline, all of which the B-Nimble had for a really great price! I got it on Albee Baby for $89.99m plus free shipping. So far, DS2 seems to like he. The canopy is pretty large, at least larger than most of the other umbrella strollers out there and the recline is awesome. I think I'm really going to like it. The only thing I think I may miss is a snack tray.

I also will still use my Joovy Caboose which is a great stroller. DD still likes to ride on occasion so this stroller is perfect for that, plus it has a HUGE canopy which I love and it really is pretty lightweight. The only downside is that the seat does not fully recline, like, it hardly reclines at all so it sucks for napping!

Fwiw, we've never had a snack tray on any of our strollers and it has been fine.
