    You can just put the pounds lost! Also, you don't have to post now...if you can wait until you actual weigh in day, that way you don't have to come back each week and edit!

    I think most of my weight this week was truly water gain - because when I started I was feeling bloated due to AF. But I guess weight is weight, and I do feel healthier with the way I've been eating!

    I was on vacation last week, so I started a little late. I'm doing weigh-ins on Sundays. So, this is actually my first week ....but I am still going to lose the 5 pounds total.
