    Default Labor Day Weight Loss Challenge

    Who wants to get get in shape for Labor Day?!? Well, I just calculated and there are only 10 short weeks until Labor Day! So, with that said, I am hosting a Labor Day Weight Loss Challenge!!

    Some Guidelines:

    (Please read ALL of the guidelines before signing up!)

    *This is an EIGHT week challenge - so keep that in mind when posting your goals!!

    *This challenge will begin on July 5th with the first weigh in being the week of July 11th-July 17th and the last weigh in being the week of August 29th-September 4th. You may post to the thread whatever day you weigh in on. I will be setting up a weekly thread for each weigh in, so please look for it!

    *When you sign up - you MUST post your goal for the challenge! Even if it's only 3 pounds for the entire 8 weeks. If you do not post a goal, your stats will not be included in the final total!

    *If you do not post your weigh-ins for more than two weeks of the challenge (ANY two - not necessarily consecutive), I will assume you no longer want to participate in the challenge. If you skip a WI, then please come post "No WI". Same thing if you maintain.

    *If you chose to join us late, please post the same weekly chart as the rest of us, and put "No WI".



    I am so excited to journey on this challenge with all of you!! I can't wait to tally up all the pounds we shed in the next 8 weeks!!

    Can I lose inches instead? I'm fine with my weight and am just genetically thin. But I've taken that for granted the last two years or so and am still thin, but now also squishier than I'd like in the waist and thighs.

    Here are my relevant measurements:

    Thighs = 20 inches
    Waist = 27 inches
    Hips = 38 inches
    Tummy = 32 inches

    Depending on the sort of exercise I do, my measurements could actually increase because of increased muscle mass. But that would mean no more squishiness! That would be good. FH likes my tummy (in reality, I know it isn't much of one, but I used to have abs like Brandi Chastain, so...) but I'd be happy to see it go. I don't care what I weigh, but I do know that I'd like to slim down and tone up a little, and that I'd like to do it along with you ladies!

    Sorry for the novel...

    You are more then welcome to post!! Everyone else will be checking in weight and you can check in inches! At the end of the challenge, when I tally up weight lost, I will tally in your inches lost as well!
