Comment: I absolutely love these pillow cases! I was skeptical at first, but I soon became hooked on them. The coolness is amazing. If I wake up "a little too warm" I just turn the pillow over and go right back to sleep. I am so hooked I take the pillow case EVERYWHERE I go to spend the night. I cannot sleep comfortably on anything else.

These cost about $2 each to make - see the ripoff.
If they kkep you cool by wicking the moisture away guess were it goes - inside your pillow, I do not want to sllep on a damp pillow.
Another marketing gimick.

Comment: This product definitely seems to make a difference. I tried the pillow cases first just because I wasn't sure if it would work. I have had night sweats for a number of years and waking to change bed clothes is not uncommon. This fabric feels like silk and it does seem to work. I highly recommend it to others with night sweats and hot flashes. Yes, I am going to buy the sheets ... they make that much of a difference!
