Customer Rating: Summary: Time saver Comment: Anything that cuts my time standing in the kitchen is a godsend. I ordered several packs, cheaper than my local kitchen store by quite a lot.
Customer Rating: Summary: GREAT idea & product!! Comment: I have to say what a great product! I have been steaming for many years using cabbage as a liner for the steamer, the cabbage worked ok but was messy and I personally don't like cabbage. Once I used Helen's liners I was convinced! The dumplings came out moist and delicious. Even my husband steams now since its such an easy clean up with the liners!
I also used it last week for steamed fish and my kids loved it (they never eat fish!)
GREAT product!
Customer Rating: Summary: worthless... Comment: I steamed dumplings for 45 minutes with these and the meat was still raw in the middle. Very little steam gets through the parchment paper when cooking. You're much better off buying a roll of parchment paper at the grocery store and poking your own holes in it.
