Comment: Took a little time to get the handle on using this machine. Paper over 24 lb. won't work. I tried very heavy paper for tri-folds and it jammed and mis-folded. It says 5 sheets at a time but it tries to feed all of them at once. I single sheet feed it. It is still much faster than hand folding.
