Comment: Apron is very stylish. I ordered the onyx/cream print for my niece with the mitts to match. The apron ties behind the neck, & the stiff fabric makes that a bit awkward. The mitts are thick and lined with terry... very nice. This is a sweet gift. BUT... here's the cautionary note: Watch out for the "buying choices" that offer lower prices. I went with one of the cheaper sellers and failed to notice their $25+ S&H charge! (The order arrived 9 days later via UPS Ground in a padded envelope -- for $25 I expected a winged-messenger.) So during check-out, double-check your shipping when items aren't coming directly from Amazon.

Summary: sturdy apron
Comment: this cloth is nearly like oilcloth- sturdy and vaguely coated. It makes the ties a little difficult to tie, but I expect that will change as it is used and washed over time. It looks heavy duty, like it will hold up under use, which was exactly what I wanted- so so far, so good! I got the dissection pattern and I love it- funky and unique.
