Summary: Good Sturdy Pitcher
Comment: This pitcher is good for purpose. My water was not that bad but still wanted to use some to get rid of Hg. I hope it is working as expected. Good thing is that it had good sturdy design. This does not include additional filter. There is only one filter in the box which you need to install right away.

Comment: This is an extremely cheap pitcher. The lid is thin and flimsy, but it works. My water tastes much better and I like how quick it filters the water. I did not need something super high tech or fancy and this fits the bill perfectly.

Comment: I bought this product because it was cheaper than brita/pur and seemed to have pretty good reviews.
from the first time i used it, however, the water tasted BAD. even worse than the tap water! it also had a faint chemical-lemony taste to it, not good at all. i gave it a week or so, blaming the new filter, but the water did not get any better; in fact, it may have become even worse.
I have already sent this product back to get a refund i am not taking any more chances, im buying a brita!

Comment: The filter arrived in a day, which was lovely. The first few gallons of water are a little bitter, even after soaking the filter. Other than that, the filter works perfectly.

Comment: The water tastes great while cold (just like almost any kind of water) but at room temp, it tastes sour. It tastes better than my tap, but not as good as bottled... It also did not come with the replacement filter that is advertised... Not sure if I should complain to Amazon or what...
