Comment: After careful research we decided to purchase the Krups coffee maker. We have used it for a month now and LOVE it! There is nothing better than waking up to fresh ground/brewed coffee. The burr grinder is not as loud as other makers. As per the reviews it is imperative that the purchaser read the instructions. It will save you time. This coffee maker is a must have.

Summary: Best coffee maker,..ever!
Comment: We got this coffee maker for Christmas, but since I knew we were getting a new coffee maker (our old one died), I did some research before telling my mother which one to buy. We wanted a grind & brew, but I had read alot of negative reviews regarding some other brands, particularly when it came to cleaning & maintaining. So far, this machine has exceeded our expectations. Easy to set up, program, & maintain. And most importantly, it makes the best cup of coffee!!

Summary: I loved this machine...and then it left me dry
Comment: I used this machine for about eight months and loved it. I valued its convenience, its smart design, and waking up to freshly ground and brewed coffee. Yes, I overlooked the coffee grind mess and drippy carafe because the coffee was top-notch. I wanted this coffee maker to last forever but it did not. First the grinder broke and I mailed it to a service center. After two months it came back with a new grinder. I used it for another couple of weeks and then the heating element stopped working. As much as I am tempted to have it repaired once again, I am now looking for a replacement machine.

Comment: After going through numerous Cuisinart grind and brew coffeemakers, I think that I found a good one. Ever since setting up the Krups machine, I have been completely satisfied. There is no messy clean up or stuck grinder shafts that I had on the Cuisinarts. Highly recommended!

Comment: The Krups KM7000 Grind-and-Brew coffee maker is easy to use and reliably brews good coffee. The only down side may be the amount of coffee beans used to brew the coffee. It used nearly twice the number of beans in comparison to our previous grind and brew.
