Comment: It is not the first time I shop online from NNC and can confirm that the quality of they stuff are more or less as expected for the money, but what for the Bias-cut velvet skirt (misses 16 BLACK) it is awful !!! it is terrible, i have lost money, I am very unsatisfied, it is not the velvet.... i do not know what is it, and it is too long and very ugly on me... it is very, very cheap.
