Summary: Great back support.
Comment: I was worried about the other people who said it was too big, but it is the perfect size for me...though i'm 6'3 and have a larger office chair (with horrible lower back support).
There's no way this would work on el-cheapo office chairs from wal mart. I also agree that it's probably too big (depth-wise) to work well in a car seat.

Comment: I love this cushion. I am larger than the average bear and this is wonderful - it is simple and I use it in theaters, on my sofa and with my sitting pillow in bed. It is lightweight and I've used mine for a couple of years and I'm going to order another one.

Comment: This pillow has perfectly good construction and design but its size makes it unusable in a standard office chair or car seat (even in an SUV).

Comment: I was looking for a simple small lumbar support to use in my car, an 06 Rav4. It will do the job but it is a little bigger than I hoped. Border case for use in a car I would say.

Some were too big, and others were just complicated.
The Obus Forme Side to Side is perfect.
It is very light weight and small, therefore, very portable.
I use it in the car and take it with me to the office.
The strap on the back fits well around any chair back,
although, I have found I don't need to use it because it stays put.
