About the Educational rate, I selected a low value because it does not seeem to me that this kind of dolls could be so educational, it like playing with a Barbie, the toy itself does not carry the same educational content as the cartoon series could offer.

The only problem is the propeler on his hat is made of faux leather (or vinyl) and my daughter started to bite it off. I suggest cutting that off if your little one likes to put things in his/her mouth.
