Comment: Great size and shape. Really stays in place nicely. My only request would be to have a firmer version for a liitle more support. A good product for sure.

Comment: I purchased and was very disappointed with this pillow. I have used these types of leg spacer pillows for years and gotten as lot of relief from back pain. I purchased this one thinking it might be even be better at a higher price and alleged "memory foam". The foam is very soft and the pillow was unusable. I threw it away. I am back to using the "Core" brand pillow. Much better and a fraction of the price. Save yourself some money and frustration... get another brand.

Summary: It works but I still prefer by pillow.
Comment: As a recovered back surgery patient, this product works well between the legs for comfort if you sleep with both legs in the same posistion. But I tend to be all over the place so I still prefer a regular pillow to keep me aligned.
