"Ready Set Joe To Go" travel mug coffeemaker includes a filter cone and mug lid as well as a starter set of #2 coffee filters. Simply put coffee in the filter, place in filtercone, pour hot water through grinds into the cup to satiate your coffee needs on-the-go.

Customer Rating: Summary: FYI Comment: As many have said the cone is great for single cups. Also I keep it around at work, to make my own coffee instead of using the burned community coffee pot. You know... you can buy the cone alone, without the mug. I purchased one for $2.99 elsewhere, and love it. I just use one of the many mugs(regular and travel) I already own.
Customer Rating: Summary: Melitta Ready Set Mug Comment: Love this item, the cone makes great coffee and the mug is well sealed, keeps the coffee hot and no spills!
Customer Rating: Summary: ehhh Comment: I bought this as a gift for a coffee lover and it is great to take with you everywhere and make a perfect cup every time. One thing that was not good with it is that the metal top comes off and leaves glue all over the mug. Also, it tastes like metal. The manual drip cup is excellent and holds the filter in place. It would definitely be better if the mouth opening was plastic or a better material.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good for its purpose Comment: When shopping for this, I was looking for an occassional use, single-person, coffee-making "something." This turned out to be the cheapest, most convenient item fitting my criteria and it has worked out great for that purpose. Can't say that we've brewed more than a dozen cups of coffee with it, but when we want just one cup of fast home-brewed coffee, that's what we get. Also, if you don't mind folding your coffee filters, get the regular coffee-maker sized filters and fold them to fit this tiny funnel. They're about 1/10th the price of the filters made for it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Lid leaks... buy the cone, ditch the mug Comment: My husband purchased the Melitta for me after reading the reviews about the quality of the coffee and the problems with the lid. I experienced both issues.
First, this makes a consistently great cup of coffee exactly the way Alton Brown explains it (see the Good Eats episode "True Brew"). I love the flavor the cone produces, and it is easy to clean - drop the paper filter in the trash and rinse the cone.
Second, after about 2 weeks of use, the top started to drip. My husband warned me that this might happen, and it did. So, I now either leave the lid off or use the coffee mug from QuikTrip when I want it on the go.
Do you mind paying $9 for a coffee cone that produces a great cup of coffee and a throw-away mug? If so, the Melitta is for you. If not, try another alternative. Hope this was helpful.
