Summary: Welcome relief for that nagging pain in the neck
Comment: This simple device provides gentle neck support in just the right place. The neck ideally should maintain the swan like curvature that offers the best geometry for the support of one's ponderous head. Too often, because of poor posture (eg forward head position), habits (eg cradling a telephone receiver on one's shoulders) or trauma (eg whiplash) this ideal curvature diminshes resulting in muscle tension, limited range of motion, and pain. This device provides instant relief by supporting the curvature of the neck. I do not regard this as an active device - I don't think that it will correct musculo-skeletal issues. It should be viewed as a much welcome palliative to neck pain - not curative.

Summary: The end of chronic daily headaches!
Comment: I have had headaches almost every day since grade school (really). I use this in my high back reading chair. With the first use, I could feel my muscles relax. The next day, no headache!! I've been using it for two weeks now and have had a single headache that lasted only a few hours.
Tremendous ROI! This thing will pay for itself in un-purchased painkillers, not to mention, improving both performance and morale.

Comment: I've been using this product in conjunction with "Spine Worx" which realigns the spine without the big chiropractic price tag. For someone who is active, has stretched all their life, this seems like a good option. I lay on the Spine Worx, then put the Real Ease Neck Support in place and lay still for 5 - 10 minutes, doing that every evening before bed. I've been having to sleep sitting up due to sinus issues and this product has significantly reduced my neck pain. Also, the company shipped it to me in record time.

Summary: I'm one of the disappointed
Comment: Sounds like a wonderful idea, looks like just what I wanted. It might work IF it had a really wide, stable base. You can only use it lying on the floor, or it feels really wobbly. In my case, I used it lying on the bed, and after a while of my neck trying to stay really still, using some muscles I wasn't used to using in a delicate way like that, those muscles tensed up like crazy and triggered a really bad episode where I had a week of complete pain being unable even to lift my head to normal position. I had to walk around with my face towards the floor which felt idiotic. Chiropractor told me he could only do so much fixing while my muscles were irritated like that, and I had to just lie on ice packs a while. Ouch. So maybe this gadget's a good idea and will work for some people, sure didn't for me though. I can't try it again, can't even look at it now without cringing at the memory so I'm giving it away.
