Comment: I ordered this item new and it appeared used and damaged right out of the box. I returned it immediately and bought one from the Linens 'N Things liquidation for the same price. THAT one is great and works perfectly.

Comment: After a few months the ratchet action stopped. I took it apart and the ratchet action was created by flimsy plastic parts which simply broke off!

Comment: What can I say! Arrived Promptly. Looks good and most of all does what it promises: You can tear off one towel with one Hand (in my case the Left Hand) and you do not have the problem of the whole Paper Towel Roll starting to Unravel. Whoever thought of this: Great Invention!!!

Comment: We are in love with this paper towel holder. It keeps the paper towels rolled up until you want them and then allows you to use just one hand to pull off as much as you want to use. Well thought out and easy to use not to mention attractive.
