Summary: One of my favorite gadgets!
Comment: This sounds silly, but I look for reasons to grate cheese since having this nifty grater. I now grate parmesan for the kids' spaghetti, make tastier quesadillas, and more. It's razor sharp, but the way it "hugs" a bowl makes it feel safe and sturdy. I bought four as Christmas gifts this year.
