Summary: What a Great magazine
Comment: I picked this up when I was visiting Louisiana and wow. The photos are great and make my mouth water every time. There are clear directions, lots of recipes, not too many ads and interesting articles all about Louisiana Food and cooking food that you might eat in Louisiana.
The price seems high but I have renewed my subscription for several years now. That is how much I like this magazine. This is one of the favorite magazines I get now.
I will be honest, if you do not like the type of food you might find in Louisiana (Gumbo, shrimp, oysters, crabs, spicy food etc) then you will not like this magazine. It is dedicated entirely to Louisiana Food.
Also, some of the ingredients might not be what you would consider normal in a household other than one in Louisiana (boudan, andoullie sausage etc) but if you look a bit you can find those ingredients and it is worth the search to make some of the recipes in this magazine.
Well worth the money.
