My dd (she's 3) has a ton of stuffed animals. I'm packing up the overflow to donate to our local animal shelter. I've come across a ton of old Beanie Babies and Boyds Bears - mainly stuff she inherited from her older cousins. Are these things worth anything? I'd hate to think I'm giving away the equivalent of her college tuition for dogs to chew on!
I know there isn't a whole lot of demand for used stuffed animals - even in brand new condition. Didn't know if the Beanies or Boyds were an exception to this rule.
I don't know if they are worth much. Beanies were once upon a time, but I don't think they are so much now. My mom and I collect Boyd Bears pretty hardcore, so if you are interested in selling any of those, let me know!

I agree about checking Ebay by name and maybe tush tag year. If they are worth anything the ear tag should be in good shape, no creases or rips. Beanies use to be worth a lot more than they are now. I have a few rare ones I'm holding onto and not so rare I took the tags off for our baby to be.
