I'm pulling for Kevin to win it all, but last night's episode was so weird. It basically seemed like he won b/c he did the least amount of things wrong and I hate it when that happens. No one really seemed to 'wow' the judges. I know the criteria was stricter and the judging harsher, but ouch. I do think Eli was the least technical person there but I'm not convinced he actually did the worst last night.

Mike V is a d-bag. We get it, no one is as good as you. Get over it. He might be good at what he does, but he ruins it every time he opens his mouth.

I want Bryan to win, but I've felt for some time now that the editing was favoring Kevin. I like him, too, I just prefer Bryan's technique and the complexity of his dishes.

It was definitely Eli's time to go. They probably factored in last weeks' disgusting parfait when they made the decision. On a side note, I had no idea that Richard Blais was Eli's BFF/mentor. Interesting.

DH and I were so excited to see Thomas Keller on the show! We always thought it would be awesome to have him on and it was a pleasant surprise. His food is the best!

I loved seeing Kevin's reaction when he won. His eyes were welling up and he seemed so humble. I can't imagine anyone else winning.

AT this point I'd be happy if either Kevin or Bryan won. I think they are both consistently good and just have different styles. I think Michael is an amazing chef, but a douche. Jennifer does nothing for me.

As a side, my friend in Atlanta went to Kevin's woodfire grille last week and said not only was it amazing but when a friend told the waiter that she was a fan of Kevins he came out from the kitchen and talked with them for a long lon time and took pictures and was really humble.
