That is weird that he was there but I would say that he was just curious as well. I know I am like that and would want to know who was buying my house. I still am curious who moved into my apartment after I moved out LOL

Sorry, I didn't see your post until just now. No, I have not posted any pics of my house on CC. I do have a Kodak Gallery album that I can PM you the link for, if you're interested.
We haven't seen the previous owner since he was "stalking" us on closing day, so I am quite confident that he was just curious to see who was moving in. I am not worried anymore and feel 100% safe here. I've also had the opportunity to meet several neighbors, and I've asked a few neighbors about him (I didn't mention what happened), and they all said he was a very honorable man, would never hurt a fly, etc. Nobody had a bad word to say about him. So that made me feel better, too. I guess I just couldn't help getting paranoid about it, though, considering how many times we were reminded about how upset/emotional he was about losing his house.
